What we keep
From your account: your email, your password stored as a hash (never in the clear) and the date you created it.
From your licences: the key, which email it belongs to, how many servers it covers and which installation it is active on.
From your activity on the site: the sign-ins to your account, with date and IP, so that unusual access can be spotted.
What we do NOT keep
Anything that happens inside your servers. Not players, not chat, not RCON passwords, not configuration: all of that lives on your machine and the panel does not send it to us.
Your card details. Payment is processed by the payment gateway; we receive whether the payment succeeded, not the number.
Who we share it with
With the company that charges you and issues the receipt for the payment: Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC) or Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), depending on how you pay. It receives your email, your country and the billing details you enter; we never see your card.
With Resend, the service your account emails go out through: it receives your address and the content of the message.
With Cloudflare, where the site runs and where the database and the files live.
With nobody else, and we do not sell data.
What else gets recorded
A record of the important actions on your account — when you created it, when you verified your email, when you bought, when a licence was issued or moved — with the date and, in some cases, the IP address. It is there so we can explain to you what happened when something does not add up, and to detect abuse.
If you open a support ticket, the text and the images you attach.
For each licence: which installation it is active on and when it was last checked. The panel asks whether the licence is still valid; it sends nothing about what happens inside your server.
Cookies
One only, your session cookie, so that you do not have to sign in on every page. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and the site loads no third-party trackers.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or ask us to delete your account by writing to support@caribevoid.com. Today deletion is done by hand: we reply and we do it, there is no button that does it on its own.
Deleting the account does not cancel the licences you bought: they are different things and it is worth saying so before it happens.
What does not get deleted are the invoices and the accounting record of the purchases: there is a legal obligation to keep them, and that outweighs the deletion request.
