Ask before you buy

If you are not sure the panel suits you — your VPS, your version of Rust, what you want to do with it — write to support@caribevoid.com before paying. Answering a question costs us less than processing a refund, and it saves you the wait.

When we refund

Thirty days from the purchase, and you do not have to give a reason. If the panel did not work out for you, write to us and we refund the full amount: nothing needs to have broken, and you do not need to convince us of anything.

And if we charged you twice for the same thing, with no time limit and no argument.

When we do not

After the thirty days. From then on the panel is yours with the last version you got, and what follows are the updates: that is in the Terms of sale.

If the licence was cancelled for resale, for sharing it, or for using it on more servers than your plan covers.

If you already refunded a purchase of the same panel and buy it again to refund it again. The guarantee exists so you can try it without risk, not to rent it by the month.

Who actually decides

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy or Paddle, depending on how you paid, as merchant of record, so the refund is executed by that company. What is above is what we ask to be done and what you will get by writing to us; that company also has its own policy and may approve a refund on its own account.

If you buy from the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law also gives you fourteen days to withdraw without a reason, with the exception of digital content already delivered. Our thirty-day guarantee is broader and does not replace that right: in practice it is the one you will use. It is explained in the Terms of sale.

How to ask

By writing to support@caribevoid.com from the address you bought with. If it can be fixed we would rather fix it and we will ask you first, but the refund does not depend on you letting us try.

The refund goes back by the same payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on the gateway and on the bank, not on us.
