Terms of sale

Who sells
The seller is Saul Montoya, in Argentina, trading as Caribe Void. For anything at all: support@caribevoid.com.
Payment is processed, depending on how you choose to pay, by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC) or Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) as merchant of record. That means that company issues the receipt for the payment, handles VAT and the taxes of your country, and the charge on your statement will show its name and not Caribe Void.
If you buy from the European Union or the United Kingdom
You have fourteen days to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. The period runs from the day of the purchase.
That right is lost if the digital content has already been delivered to you and you expressly agreed that delivery should begin before the fourteen days were up. In practice: if you already downloaded the panel, you already received it.
On top of that right, and beyond it, we give a thirty-day no-reason guarantee that is NOT lost when you download: it is in the Refund policy. Downloading the panel does not leave you without a way out.
To exercise it, it is enough to write to support@caribevoid.com from the address you bought with. You can also ask the company that charged you directly.
What you are buying
A licence to use an administration panel that installs on a server of your own. You are not buying the source code, and ownership of the software is not transferred.
Each plan states how many servers it covers. Using it on more servers than your plan covers falls outside the licence.
Payment and updates
Payment is one time. It includes twelve months of updates from the date of purchase.
After the twelve months the panel keeps working with the last version you received. To keep getting updates there is an optional renewal at half price.
Where it runs and whose the data is
The panel runs on a machine of yours. Your players’ data, your RCON passwords and the configuration of your servers stay there and do not pass through us.
By the same token, keeping that machine, its backups and its security is your responsibility.
Moving the licence
A licence can be moved to another installation. There is a waiting period between moves, so that one licence cannot serve several servers at the same time.
What we do not cover
The software is provided as is. We do not warrant that it fits any particular purpose or that it will run without interruption.
We are not liable for data loss, downtime or damages arising from use, except for what the applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
We have no relationship with the studios that make the games. If a game changes and something stops working, we fix it if we can, but it is not something that depends on us.
Termination for breach
We may cancel a licence if it is resold, shared, or used to get around the limits of the plan. In that case there is no refund.
